The ideal person will be social, bright, educated and intelligent to share with two others in residence. Person should ideally be 24 yrs or older. It is a social, tidy and considerate house.

I love living with people and love having a house which gets on well together. I used to be an artist and I also lectured in art, but I also have a broad range of interests both in science, philosophy and literature. I now run my own business.
