Double room in chilled, friendly 2 bed

Relaxed, comfortable house just off North street:

Looking for someone easy-going who is going to enjoy living in a calm house.

Im a live-in landlord but not a psycho haha - I’ll want you to be comfortable and happy living here.

Ideally it’d be someone who likes their own space but is also up for a chat and getting to know each other a bit.

Ideally the person would work out of the house mon-fri 9-5 ish. Sorry about this - I work in the living room most days. The bedroom is nice, with a double bed and fitted wardrobes but a desk is going to make things cramped.

The rest of the house is really spacious. Ideal for someone who likes to cook - big kitchen. There’s a separate dining area, living room and big garden for the summer months. Secure and easy access for 1 bike in the house. Great shower etc.

Shared spaces are pretty tidy and I get a cleaner in every few weeks (price included). There’s a dishwasher as well so easy to keep clean.

I’m into outdoors, relaxing and socialising in my free time (mostly dinner or a few drinks at the pub these days - wild days are behind me) watching films, books and movies. I like to have a chat and a laugh - I’m starting training as a therapist but I promise not to psychoanalyse you haha. I run a business providing virtual reality to care homes and this keeps me busy 9-5.
