Double room in friendly 2 bed house

Comfy 2 story house near North street.

Looking for someone nice who is going to enjoy living in a calm house.

Ideally it’d be someone who likes their own space but is also up for a chat and getting to know each other a bit.

Ideally the person would work out of the house mon-fri 9-5 ish as I work from home.

The bedroom is light and airy, with fitted wardrobes and a double bed. There’s a nice view from the bedroom window to the houses up on Clifton.

The rest of the house is really spacious. Ideal for someone who likes to cook, with a big kitchen. There’s a separate dining area, living room and a big garden for the summer months. Plus a great shower, dishwasher, washer/drier, plenty of fridge, freezer and kitchen cupboard space etc.

Bills are £100 per month. I get a cleaner in every 3 weeks or so (price included).

I’m into the outdoors and seeing friends in my free time (mostly dinner or a few drinks at the pub these days) watching films, books and music. I like to catch up and have a laugh. I’m training as a therapist but won’t psychoanalyse you haha. I have a business providing virtual reality to care homes and this keeps me busy 9-5.
