Room to rent in quiet location


I’m a 29 year old female working in North Bristol. My house is a three bedroom terraced house in a quiet cul de sac. The room I am renting out is a double room - the dimensions are: 13ft8(417cm)x8ft 2 (249cm). There is a double bed, side table, clothes rail, mirror and chair. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden are shared spaces.

The house was renovated fairly recently and has a new kitchen and appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher and a double oven. The kitchen/diner is a large area which leads out to the garden through patio doors. The garden is a nice and peaceful space with minimal upkeep.

The house is only a mile from the city centre, a 15 minute walk to popular destinations such as north street in one direction and the train station in the other. It is also close to bus routes which go to any area.

I am looking for another woman to share with myself and another housemate who like me values their own space, has their own hobbies and likes a quiet and tidy house.
