Rooms to rent in quiet location


I’m a 29 year old female working in North Bristol. My house is a three bedroom terraced house in a quiet cul de sac. The rooms I am renting out are one large double room that has a double bed and built in wardrobe space (780pcm). The other is a smaller double room with a double bed, side table, clothes rail, mirror and chair (750pcm). The living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden are shared spaces.

The house was renovated fairly recently and has a new kitchen and appliances including which has a washing machine, dishwasher and a double oven. The kitchen/diner is a large area which leads out to the garden through patio doors. The garden is a nice and peaceful space with minimal upkeep.

The house is only a mile from the city centre, a 15 minute walk to popular destinations such as north street in one direction and the train station in the other. It is also close to bus routes which go to any area.

I am looking to live with two other women of a similar age, who are professionals, are easy going and easy to live with. I value my own space, have my own hobbies and like a quiet tidy home so keen to have people who are similar.
