Large sunny room in Windmill Hill

Looking for a lovely new housemate for the large double room in my house in Windmill Hill.

The room was decorated two years ago and has been well looked after. There is a king sized bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe but I'm willing to move some furniture around if you have your own. The room gets amazing sun in the evening and overlooks a quiet peaceful street.

It's a three bed house so there is a spare room that can be used for friends visiting. It's my office when I'm WFH but up for grabs when I'm in the office. There's a lovely living room/dining room with separate kitchen, a giant bath and a small sunny garden that's produced an impressive number of tomatoes this year!

There is also my cat Maisie who is not a pet that understands or respects personal space so you'd definitely have to love cats/animals!

The bills currently come to about £150-195 depending on the season. I'm always happy to try and find ways to bring bills down but this does include a cleaner.

I'm a 36 year old civil servant, working full time in Bristol. I love nights in with TV or films but spend a lot of my time in pubs or trying new places to eat. Trying to get some more local walks ticked off as well.

Looking a lodger with similar interests whose happy to spend time together but who also has their own life. Definitely want someone who is looking for a home rather than just a room.

The street is very friendly and the house is right by Victoria park, Bedminster station and an easy walk to loaf in east street or all the cafes and shops of North street.

Council tax band is B
