Lovely double room in light spacious house

Hello!
I’m Emily, I'm looking to find someone trustworthy, friendly and considerate to rent my room in my home whilst I'm living abroad.
The current tenant is moving out because he has to move closer to his workplace. He really loves the house and regrets having to leave!

This is my home and so I'm looking for someone who, along with the other housemate, will take care of it whilst I'm away.

The house is a renovated, warm and comfortable Victorian terrace, the decor is understated with plenty of original artwork on the walls. Located right next to the park and lots of fantastic local amenities.

Great location - Walking distances to:
City centre 20 minutes
Temple Meads train station 20 minutes
Airport bus shuttle stop 17 minutes
Wapping Wharf 25 minutes
Bus stop 6 mins
Victoria Park is on the doorstep
Post-office, nice pubs, convenience shops, lovely cafes and a bakery
North Street with great independent shops, pubs and restaurants
Parking is on-street and no permit required

The room is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden so it’s very quiet. It’s furnished with a double bed with a super comfortable Posturite mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV etc.

There is an open plan kitchen/ lounge/ dining area.. As well as the bathroom there’s a downstairs loo, so you’ll never be caught short!

You’ll be sharing the house with Eleanor, in her 20s, who works i the music and events industry.

I’d like to find someone who is friendly, considerate and tidy to share the house with Eleanor. Ideally you work outside of home, but hybrid working would be ok. If you’re a particularly messy person, this won’t be the right place for you.

I use a referencing service to do background checks.

As I live abroad we will arrange to do a video call interview as well as in person viewing that'll be arranged with the current housemates Eleanor and Dom.
