Furnished double room in Bedminster

Live in landlord looking for a lodger over the summer. I moved into the maisonette in summer 2018. Re-did the he kitchen and bathroom with all new units and large walk in shower.

The spare room is very light, fitting a double bed and based on the main floor while my bedroom is in the loft room. Front room with sofa and dinner room table. I am just off East street, close to a veg shop, butchers and weekly fish mongers, while north street is not a far walk away. Looking for someone for 3-4 months.

I am a professional working in the centre of town in a hybrid role. The place is not big enough for two people to work from home so will need someone who doesn't work from home and works 9 -5. My interests are and eating out, socializing with friends, cooking & enjoy trips to the coast in my van.
