Sunny room near North Street - Mon-Fri

Monday to Friday let - can be for a few nights or all. Cost of room will depend on how may nights need the room for.

A lovely sunny and cosy room in a Victorian terrace close to North Street, overlooking a green garden. The room is furnished with a small double bed, an in-built wardrobe, chest of draws, and a desk and chair. All the utilities are included in the price.

The house comes with a bright large bathroom, kitchen, breakfast room, cosy lounge with gas fire, dining room with wood fire and a sunny south-facing garden. Along with lots house plants which you are welcome to add to! Looking for a professional who ideally doesn't work from home and needs the property Monday to Friday.

The house is in a great location just off North Street which has lots of great pubs, restaurants, shops and the Tobacco factory. It is only a 30-minute walk into the centre and easy to get to Temple Meads, the University, and Hospitals. There are plenty of buses and a local train a short distance away. It is also close to many parks and easy to get out the city into the countryside.

You will be sharing with a live in landlord. I work Monday to Friday daytime, often working from home. In the evenings and weekends I enjoy relaxing at home in front of the TV / reading, exercising outside (running, swimming, cycling) or socialising with friends.
