Double room en suite right next to Victoria Park

Hello! Looking for a housemate to join me in this two bedroom house right next to Victoria Park. Nice cosy living room and modern kitchen + garden is a sun trap with a little veg bed. See video for the full tour... bedroom you'd be moving into is at 2 mins 15 seconds. The bedroom is spacious with double bed with an en-suite. 20 mins walk from Temple meads and half hour into town. Council tax band B.

The house is owned by a good mate who is now living in Australia so I'm looking for someone who chilled, considerate, clean and tidy. This is definitely not a party house, but happy to host people for dinner etc.

I'm very outdoorsy, do loads of climate activism and stuff. I work for an environmental NGO, wfh some of the time but not always. Be great to live with someone with a similar mindset :)
