2 unfurnished rooms available in Bedminster house

Got two rooms going in a 3 bed house in Bedminster. Pics are slightly old but it's all still much the same. Deposits were £461 each before but they will probably be a little bit more now as the rent's went up since then.

The rooms will be unfurnished but there's enought space to fit a double bed into both. We have 2 toilets with the downstairs being a full bathroom with a shower and bath. A living room with couch and chair. A kitchen with a set of induction hobs, cupboard space for 3, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The garden is fairly large with a decent sized shed, patio and BBQ. There's off street parking out the front with space for 3 cars.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Victoria Park, and LIDL, a bit further up the road is ASDA and North Street. It takes around 30-40 mins to walk into town depending on where you're going.

I'm 26 and working as an engineer. I like playing guitar, surfing, going for drinks, hiking, going to gigs and trying out restaurants. I'm fairly soiciable but I like my own time as well so some other people that like a balance would be good.

I'm looking to get some people in around my age. You'll need to be a professional to get through the letting agents checks. Apart from that if you're socialble, fairly clean and you like the look of the place then get in touch.
