Happy to take employed people- students/Post Graduates- but do not want anyone based at home during the working week Monday to Friday, Exceptions for shift workers.

A quiet flat, Sharing with Landlord who works as a Civil Servant. My daughter stay's with me once a month in my room but is quiet and polite... I wouldnt want any other visitors here.

Single room availiable with TV and wardrobe, Kitchen and bathroom share (Living room is Landlords private area) Energy and water conscious home, 1 shower or bath per day if you don't mind ☺️ .....No shoes are worn in the flat and I'd prefer someone house proud - like myself as the flat is kept clean and tidy as per the photos all of the time 🙂- No Smokers or heavy Drinkers I'm afraid Sorry. 😬

Guarantor and references are required - if you have neither then I'm happy to consider 6 months rent in advance instead for the single 😊. Option of a double room at £825 per month but 12 months payment in advance would be needed plus deposit to secure the double room. Please be reminded that this would be a "Lodgers agreement" on both rooms.
