A quiet flat, Sharing with Landlord who works as a Civil Servant.

Single room availiable with TV and wardrobe, Kitchen and bathroom share (Living room is Landlords private area) Energy and water conscious home, 1 shower or bath per day if you don't mind ☺️ .....No shoes are worn in the flat and I'd prefer someone quite house proud like myself as the flat is kept clean and tidy. 🙂- No Smokers or heavy Drinkers I'm afraid Sorry. 😬

Please remember this is a 6 months "minimum contract". It would also be really nice to get someone in who wants to stay longer term 1-2 + years
