Large Double Room w/ Ensuite on North Street

Hey! My housemate is moving out in January but I’m staying on so am looking for someone to move in. I’ve lived here over 2 years now and absolutely love it - the flat’s in an amazing location right on North Street with a gym, Aldi and great pubs all within a minutes walk.

The room is a bright, large double with loads of space for a desk so you can work from home easily. It also has a good sized ensuite bathroom in addition to another bathroom in the flat.

The room isn’t fully furnished so you would need to bring/get a bed frame and mattress when you get moved in! However, the living room is pretty well kitted out as most of the furniture is mine so wouldn’t need to get a sofa, tv or anything like that. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine is on the bottom floor.

Council Tax is Band A

About me: I'm a 25 y/o professional who works in the fundraising sector in Central Bristol. The walk into the centre of town is about 30 minutes so really accessible to offices and events. I typically work from home 2/3 days a week. I'd really like to keep the house feeling like a home so it's important that we can get on well together! I like going out for a drink, exercising, cooking and watching TV/sport in my spare time. It would be great to have someone with similar interests who likes socialising but also a quiet night! Also if you could be (relatively) tidy that would be amazing. The room will be free in January so we can discuss options but I’m really keen to meet anyone wanting to move in in person as it’s only a 2 bed so want us to both get on and feel comfortable!
