Large Double Room w/ Ensuite on North Street

Hey! My housemate is moving out on the 6th July but I'm staying so am looking for a new housemate. It's a fantastic flat in an amazing location right on North Street with a gym, Aldi and great pubs all within a minutes walk.

The room is a bright, large double with loads of space for a desk so you can work from home easily. It also has a good sized ensuite bathroom in addition to another bathroom in the flat.

The flat is semi-furnished so the bedframe and mattress comes with the room however you would need to provide your own desk, wardrobe etc. Also if you have stuff like a coffee table and/or TV that would be a great bonus as those are both sadly moving out along with my housemate! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine is on the bottom floor.

Council Tax is Band A

About me: I'm a 25 y/o professional who works in the fundraising sector in Central Bristol. The walk into the centre of town is about 30 minutes so really accessible to offices and events. I typically work from home 2/3 days a week. I'd really like to keep the house feeling like a home so it's important that we can get on well together! I like going out for a drink, exercising, cooking and watching TV/sport in my spare time. It would be great to have someone with similar interests who likes socialising but also a quiet night! Also if you could be (relatively) tidy that would be amazing.
