YOU WILL HAVE THE HOUSE TO YOURSELF most of the time (evenings and weekends) (and often most weekdays as well) as the 2nd bedroom is used by me as an office occasionally Monday to Friday daytimes. This means you will have the open plan living / dining room, kitchen, utility space, bathroom and garden to yourself(s) on evenings, weekends and most weekdays.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED (council tax, wifi, tv licence, water. Also gas / electricity included on a fair use agreement. TV package with Netlix and NOW TV also included but it's coming to an end soon, so assume excluded and to be discussed).

£1,200 for single person.
Couples welcome but would need to charge more. Please make me an offer in this case.

The house is in good condition, on a quiet street and in a great location walking distance to North Street shops / cafes / pubs as well as train stations and the city centre.

The advertised room has a large wall to wall fitted wardrobe which is very handy and a bed frame + mattress that you can use. The house is fully furnished with space for your stuff in the shared areas, including a bit of additional storage space.

Also, if you have a car you'll be able park on the street or round the corner easily enough.
