MON-FRI Double Room in Bedminster

MONDAY–FRIDAY ONLY – Female preferred

£500 with all bills included. Monday to Friday only – no weekends. Perfect for someone working in Bristol during the week and returning home at the weekend. Unfortunately, someone who needs to work from home will not be considered.

It’s a 2-bedroomed house in Southville/Bedminster area, just off North Street with a large selection of shops and restaurants nearby. Ideal for commuter as only a 15-minute walk from the Harbourside and City Centre. There is on-street parking, with no permits, outside the property.

The room is on the ground floor, at the front of the property. It has a double bed, bedside table with lamp, a wardrobe and mirror. If any other furniture is needed, I’m happy to provide. There is a shared living room and kitchen, with all the usual appliances, including dishwasher and washing machine. I haven't lived in the house very long, so i am still in the process of decorating some rooms, along with redesigning the garden.

I’m a live in landlord with my partner James. We are friendly professionals who also likes our own space. This is a lovely cosy place to call a home, it's not a party house. Looking for a professional considerate person who is tidy and respectful, conscious of noise and cleanliness.

Mature students will be considered. Unfortunately, no pets or smoking.

I can be flexible with move in dates.
