Description
We're looking for someone to join us in our 3 bed house share as our current housemate Greg is buggering off to Leeds!
Room:
The room is on the first floor. Good double size. Comes unfurnished but has a ton of built in storage (shelves + rails). Plenty of natural light with the big bay window.
House is a pretty good size - open plan living room/dining room. Kitchen has lots of cupboard space and dishwasher. We also have a small conservatory/utility room with washing machine and more storage. In the garden there is a patio with a bbq, bench and shed (with bike storage - alternatively space for it inside).
The room has a large shared bathroom which has an electric shower as well as a bath, and plenty of storage.
Location + parking:
Just round the corner from the gentrified oasis that is North Street. Close to The Tobacco Factory, Workout gym and plenty of pubs and restaurants. Pretty amazing location! 10 mins from Bedminster and Parson Street stations. Parking is free on the street and has never been a problem.
You:
Ideally looking for someone in their mid 20's/30's who's easy going and easy to live with. We've all got our own lives and hobbies etc so keen to have someone in the house who's similar. Whenever we're all in we tend to cook and watch telly, or go for a drink/pub quiz down the road. All pretty clean and tidy, so it makes life easier if the new housemate valued that too.
Sorry due to the letting agent rules we can't have anyone who's a full time student and/or under 21.
John (left in the pic):
32 and work on a farm south of Bristol. Into my food, love to cook. Big into my music, all sorts of genres, and play a bit of guitar to help me wind down. Try to get out into the sticks when I can and love cycling, hiking and jogging.
James (right in the pic):
I'm 33 and a civil servant from the Midlands. I enjoy spending time on my allotment, music, running and cycling. I occasionally like to dabble with drawing and baking!
Availability:
At the moment we're aiming for a 1st March move in date. Rent is £700 a month, with bills coming to around £130 on top.
So, that's it! If you're interested just send us a message with a bit about yourself and what you're looking for and we can arrange a viewing. Likely evenings or weekends because of work.
Thanks!
James, John + Greg
