Description
We're looking for someone to join us in our 3 bed house share as our current housemate Liv has gone and got a new job!
Room:
The room is on the first floor. Good double size. Comes unfurnished but has a ton of built in storage (shelves + rails)
House is a pretty good size - open plan living room/dining room. Kitchen has lots of cupboard space and dishwasher. Also have a small conservatory for washing machine and more storage, with a patio garden at the back. If you have a bike there's plenty of room for it inside under the stairs but also space in the shed too!
Room has access to the bathroom, shared with just one other. Has an electric shower as well as a bath. Pretty decent size.
Location + parking:
Just off of North Street and super close to places like The Old Bookshop and The Spotted Cow if you like pubs. Close to The Tobacco Factory and Workout Ashton too. We all really like the location - if you're feeling fancy we're in Southville, if you're not then it's Bedminster..!
10 mins from Bedminster and Parson Street stations. Parking is free on the street and never been a problem.
You:
Ideally looking for someone in their mid 20's/30's who's easy going and easy to live with. We've all got our own lives and hobbies etc so keen to have someone in the house who's similar. Whenever we're all in we tend to cook and watch telly, or go for a drink/pub quiz down the road. All pretty tidy so again it's just easier if the new housemate valued that too.
Sorry due to the letting agent rules we can't have anyone who's a full time student and/or under 21.
Availability:
At the moment we're aiming for a 1st July move in date but Liv can move out sooner if needed. Rent is £685 a month, with bills coming to around £130 on top.
