It’s a 3rd-floor apartment in the newly converted Factory No 1 development on East Street. With a spacious, well-equipped kitchen/living/dining area. Across the street is the popular Bristol Loaf. The Harbourside is a 15-minute walk away, North Street is 5 minutes. It’s 20 minutes to Temple Meads station and 25 minutes to Cabot Circus. Conveniently, an Asda superstore, a gym and a wide-ranging bus stop are just down the road too.

The double bedroom contains a built-in wardrobe, blackout blind, double bed with drawers, desk and chair, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside table and lamp. You would have use of the main bathroom, only to be shared with guests, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Your rent includes: use of communal garden, lifts, a concierge, security gate and door system; council tax and all bills (based on reasonable use); use of smart TV and high-speed broadband; bike storage.

I’m pretty relaxed and easy-going, often working from home so always down for a casual chat.
