Mon-Fri double room available in 2 bed house

Hello

I have a good sized double bedroom available in my 2 bedroom home, looking for someone for a Mon-Fri let on a short term basis - up to around 6 months but happy to consider those who can only commit to 1-2 months initially.

Amazing location next to North Street and walking distance into town and the harbourside etc. Despite being so close to amenities this is a very quiet and peaceful street. There is free on-street parking and you can usually park outside the house, but sometimes you need to look a little further e. g. if there is a game on at Ashton gate!

The bedroom has a double bed, a decent sized desk to work from if needed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rail.

You would use the newly renovated bathroom downstairs and would have mostly sole use of this during the week as I have an en suite. I would just like to reserve the right to an occasional bath! :-D

The room won't be used at weekends so you can leave your belongings. There is however a cupboard in the room which goes into the loft, I would lock this and keep my belongings in there and would need to access the loft occasionally, but would let you know in advance if I were to do this.

Me: I work full time as a social worker and usually get home around 6:30pm. I sometimes work from home approx once per week. I'm friendly and easy going. I would like you to feel comfortable to use the whole house, the shared kitchen and living space. I try to keep active, running, yoga, going hiking, and I like picking up new hobbies... dancing, aerial hoop, kickboxing to name a few... master of none though. Weekday evenings will be quiet at the home as I like to cook and relax or I will go out.

If you have a suggestion for an alternative arrangement e. g. just 3 days per week, I'm open to negotiate, this could look like maybe you not leaving belongings so I could put on Airbnb for the nights you aren't here - feel free to ask.
