Spacious Double Ensuite near North Street

I am renting out my attic conversion room, which is a spacious double room with an ensuite bathroom and eaves storage.

There is a communal kitchen and a spacious open plan dining room and living room. A cleaner cleans these areas around every two weeks. In addition there is a spare room with a sofa bed (available for occasional use). There is also a furnished garden, which gets sun for most of the day.

On street parking available. There are no parking permits and the house is outside of the Bristol Clean Air Zone.

The house is a 7 minute walk from Parsons Street Station and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop with services across Bristol and out to the airport. Around a 30 minute walk to Temple Meads and the Centre.

Within a 5-20 minute walk there is a large Sainsbury's and Asda along with Lidl, Aldi and a small Co-Op and Tesco. The house is also less than 10 minutes from North and East Streets with plenty of local food stores and other amenities.

Bills are included.

I am looking for someone considerate who will respect my quiet home. Working from home is absolutely fine, there would be space for a desk in the room, or the option to work downstairs. Non-smoker preferred. Single occupancy.

I am a social person who is always up for trying something new. I enjoy sports, pub trips and generally getting out to explore. I keep myself active playing any racket sport I can convince someone to play.
