Double Room to rent just off North Street

Lovely clean and comfortable double room to rent in an Edwardian Terrace just off North Street with its vibrant shops, bars and cafes. Walking distance to centre and Temple Meads. I am an Art Teacher and live here with my 12 year old son. We are clean, tidy and generally quiet, although we do like to listen to music and occasionally have friends round. There are two bathrooms, a lounge, my art studio and a lovely light kitchen and dining area. We are looking for a friendly professional, male or female who is reliable, fun and clean.
