Double Room BS3 near north street

2 Double rooms going in a 4 bed house 5 minute walk from north street.
It’s a new build so super modern with an open plan kitchen/living room.
There’s a downstairs and upstairs bathroom. You’ll be sharing with one other housemate as one of the rooms has an en suite.
We also have a large garden which we use loads in the summer.

One room is on the second floor and the other is on the ground floor. Both are double but the one on the ground floor is bigger.

There’s free on street parking and we never have any issues finding a spot.

Two housemates are moving out at the end of November. Will be living with 2 working professionals aged 29-31. Were sociable and often chill together in the evenings but equally all have our own stuff going on!

Rent is £720 including bills. Might change slightly in winter but not by much. Deposit is £250.
