Hello! looking for a very VERY clean and calm person to join us in our centrally located and cute flat. The flat is located at the edge of Bedminster - about 6 min walk to the Arnolfini area and 10 min walk to Bristol Temple Meads. One double room is available for 6 months, potentially can be extended. The flat is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a living room. You'll be living with two professionals (1 Male 1 Female) Female is an editor/creative, male works in tech.

We are looking for a woman preferably (Apologies) - professional who works during the day. Ideally someone with a healthy lifestyle and healthy relationship with alcohol. The flat is small and old but there has been a huge amount of love put into it, and we are looking for someone who will respect the space. It is not suitable for large gatherings/dinner parties unfortunately, and apart from plants - there is no space for any more communal furniture, everything must be stored in your room.

The bedrooms in the flat are big, but the communal areas are small and its an old flat so we cannot emphasise cleanliness enough! So please don't message if this doesn't suit you . 520 per month, council tax band A
