Sunny newly-renovated double room

I have a double room to rent in my home. It’s fully furnished - everything is fresh and new. The bathroom is next door, which you will have mostly to yourself (except when I have a bath or when there are guests staying). My room, study and en suite are on the top floor, so you’ll have plenty of privacy.

I’ve spent the last couple of years renovating the house, so I’m excited to be able to now share it with someone. It’s in a superb location in Windmill Hill, with Bedminster station and Victoria Park on the doorstep, as well as North St nearby and the city centre a 25-minute walk away.

You will also have access to the living room (which has a log burner, TV and a piano) and the kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and large Rangemaster cooker. There’s also a reasonably large garden, which you’d be welcome to plant things or just enjoy a morning coffee and the view of the Mendip hills.

You’ll be sharing with me and my sweet little cat. It would be a great bonus if you like cats and would be happy to put food down every once in a while when I’m away.
