Available from 1st June. Furnished large Double bed room available in social house share, located south Bristol around the corner from Ashton Gate stadium in Ashton. 15 minute cycle to city centre, train station (Parson Street) 10 minute walk. Bus stop 2 minute walk.

House comes with large kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and a third toilet. Also has a large garden with decking area and rattan furniture so great for regular summer BBQ’s. Room is furnished with bed and wardrobe. We also pay for a cleaner every two weeks around £6 each. Rent is £585 plus bills which average around 80-100. However as below rent will increase by £125 from Sep 2024.

House is made up of 26-28 year old males, all been together for the last 3-4 years so all close and good friends rather than just house mates. We are a mix of engineers, accountants and recruitment so all work Monday - Friday, so looking for someone similar.

Current rent is £585, however our contract renews in Sep 2024 and rent for each room is rising by £125 so the room will be £710 plus bills. We are looking for someone from June 2024 till the end of August 2025.

There is no parking available as current parking spaces on the drive are allocated to who has been in the house the longest, so the only parking available is on the road.

Looking for someone social, similar age range, professional, who will fit well into the existing group. And is up for spending time together in the evenings and weekends, whether that’s to go out, pub, play golf, watch sport or whatever.
