Hi! I will be moving out of the property above on the 6th of July, so am currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a minimum of 6 months. My current house mate Oscar is remaining in the property so you will be moving in with him.
The room is a bright double with an en-suite attached and is part of a lovely spacious flat on North Street. The area itself is fantastic and features a gym just across the road, a large Aldi only a minute walk away and plenty of vibrant pubs/bars and restaurants all up the street.
As Oscar is remaining in the property, he will be the one showing you around, but I may be in the property at the time also.
The rent comes to £750 a month and does not include bills (these come to around £150 per month). Also, the council tax band is A. We will be looking to conduct viewings from the 10th of June onwards, so please message me if interested with a bit about yourself!
