This is a ground floor double room for single occupation in a house shared with three guys. It's near North Street. The bathroom, which has a large shower, is shared along with a modern kitchen. There is also a shared, not difficult, house cleaning rota which seems to work well. Outside at the back is a small garden, which one of the tenants looks after plus a lockable bike shed and lockable access to the road at the back. To the front the house faces a quiet cul de sac. This is a quiet house, hence the preference for people over 30. The room has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, a table/desk with a comfy office chair. There is also another armchair. Everything is included in the rent so there are no other charges.
