BILLS IN Double room & private WC gated Bedminster

Hey! Double room with private bathroom available our Bedminster home from Feb 2025 (when current flatmate moves out).

You'll be sharing the house with a young, professional easy going couple who own it. We are looking for someone who will appreciate our lovely space as much as we do.

The room comes with a desk & chair, double bed and some other soft furnishings (mirror, shelving etc). There is also exclusive use of a bathroom on the same floor (just next door - pictured).

We love our home and where we live and love cooking too! As such the kitchen has a sage coffee machine, airfryer, nutribullet, kitchenaid etc all of which we are happy to share use of. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and all other usual equipment too & plentiful storage space. We enjoy telly (who doesn't?) and have a 120 inch projector in the lounge - there is Netflix & Sky loaded up and all usual channels.

The house has two outside spaces with furniture perfect for the summer (ones a beaut south facing sun spot)! If you cycle we also have secure bike storage, and can apply for a street parking permit if you have a car. The house also sits behind two gated entrances for added security.

We are 25 mins walk from Temple Meads and getting to the town centre/harbourside is a breeze (10 mins). We are also super close to Victoria Park & Greville Smythe Park.

Ideal housemate: Fellow professional person/someone who is respectable, trustworthy and considerate of owner-occupied property, as well as those who also live there.
