We have a lovely, bright double bedroom with huge wardrobe & private WC available in our friendly & professional Bedminster/Southville home from March.

We’re located right on North St. which is a really great spot for independent coffee shops/cafes and restaurants. It is also super close to the Harbourside (5 mins), and Bristol Temple Meads (20 mins).

The room comes with a desk & chair, double bed and some other soft furnishings (mirror, double wardrobe, shelving etc). There is also exclusive use of a large WC on the same floor (just next door - pictured).

The house has two outside spaces with furniture perfect for the summer months (ones a beaut south facing sun spot)! The house is a Passivhaus making it cosy, warm and efficient. We have a well equipped kitchen and separate Living Room with Netflix, Sky etc. If you cycle we also have secure bike storage, and a car parking permit for the area available. The house also sits behind two gated entrances for added security.


We are also super close to Victoria Park & Greville Smythe Park so heaps of green space.

All bills included: energy, water, council tax, high speed broadband, Netflix, TV licence, Sky package etc.
