2 housemates for lovely house near Victoria Park

Hi I’m Becky and I'm looking for 2 new housemates from August 1st. Ive been in the house almost a year now and love living here in south bristol. It's just down the road from victoria park, easy access to bus routes and a walkable distance from town and north street so there's lots of great bar and restaurant options
I work for a travel company looking after their South Korea programme and in my spare time I like to do a lot of crafts, I'm obsessed with aerial hoop and enjoy a good board game or two. I'm generally in the office mon-fri with the occasion wfh day.

My two lovely housemates are moving out in july so I'm looking for 2 new housemates from August. I'm looking for people who are clean and tidy and like to keep a chill household. Up for dinner/drinks in the evening but also happy to have our own space.

*I'm currently in south korea with work at the moment so one of my current housemates is helping to coordinate and I'll be skyping in virtually

Room 1 (£525) is the larger room on the 2nd floor.
Room 2 (£475) is on the 1st floor at the back of the house.
Both rooms unfurnished apart from a wardrobe in Room 2.
1 Bed frame and mattress available to purchase from a vacating housemate

There is a large shared lounge (with lots of plants!) a kitchen and bathroom. Gas central heating, shower/bath, washing machine and tumble dryer. Small decked garden to the rear.

No fees: local, private landlord

Bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband) come to around £100-135 each per month, depending on usage, time of year etc, and there are no agency/admin fees to pay. Deposit £500 placed in DPS scheme.
