Spacious house in Bedminster with garden!

Hello!

Due to current housemate buying their first home, I’m looking for someone to share this cosy house near Parson Street station with me.

The room itself is actually two rooms - a main room which is big enough for a double bed, side table and bookcase / wardrobe, and a second, smaller room which has a single bed and room for extra storage, or could be used as an office to work from home.

We’ve also got a loft and large garden shed for more storage.

We’ve got a comfy shared lounge that opens out onto the big garden, large kitchen / diner (where I work from home Monday-Friday) and a bathroom with bath and separate rainforest shower.

All white goods included, but the bedroom will be unfurnished.

Bills run to around £120 average a month, higher or lower depending on if it’s a month where we pay council tax.

I’m a tidy, friendly housemate who often keeps to themselves during the week. I like to watch football, cheesy TV shows and movies, and or spend some time alone playing video games, cooking and doing crafts.

I’m looking for a clean and tidy, respectful person who is 35+, female or identifies as female, or is NB. NO MEN, SORRY.
