Double bedroom in converted industrial flatshare

Hi guys!

This handsome double bedroom (unfurnished) is available in a two-bed rental flat in a converted industrial building.

Ideally looking to bring on a housemate for August 🙂.

Well-situated with North Street a stone's throw away, a short walk to Harborside and a 7 minute cycle to the Centre.

The room has double-aspect windows and exposed brick feature walls, with lovely high ceilings throughout the flat. There is a shared kitchen/living area and shared modern bathroom (please see pics attached). The block has lockable, enclosed bicycle storage.

I (M34) am easy-going and tidy. I am looking for someone I can socialise with but am also respectful of others' space. I work in Bath 2 days a week and the rest from home. I enjoy art and design, playing my vinyl (considerately of course) and going for a pint and the occasional gig.

Please give me a shout if you'd like to view the flat and go for a pint 🙂 (spoilt for choice for bars and restaurants on the doorstep).

The details: I am currently renting the flat through a lettings agent as the sole tenant and occupier. The tenancy would be renewed to incorporate a second housemate coming aboard.

Bills would be circa £140pcm each (which includes council tax, internet, electricity and gas but gas bills will obviously fluctuate). Permission for pets would have to requested from the lettings agent (I don't currently have a pet).
