A lovely double room

We have a lovely double bedroom going just a hop skip and a jump from the Coronation pub.

We are a friendly bunch and would love to find someone who fits in well with us and will keep it feeling like a home. We do all love to have the occasional eve together and have this sense of community as well as of course going about doing our independent thing.

Between us some of our hobbies are hiking, climbing, crafts, wild swimming, gigs and just enjoying wonderful Bristol!

We are hoping to look at the messages this weekend and then arrange viewings for the 13th and 14th.

It would be amazing if in your reply to us you would be able to say a bit about yourself, just as we often get quite a few replies.

All the boring bits:

- The room is available from the 7th, however there might we some wiggle room to slightly later but this will be over to the landlord

-We all dabble working from home so please feel free to do the same.

-Bills come to roughly £65 a month and this includes everything.

-Unfortunately we can't take anyone with a pets as its not allowed with our landlord.

-We are lucky enough to have one spare parking space as 3 are allowed per house.

-Looking to interview for the room next week if possible
