A lovely double room

* Looking for a gal housemate to keep the balance (sorry lads) *

We have a lovely, cosy double bedroom available just a hop, skip, and a jump from the Coronation pub on Kingston Road.

We’re a friendly gang (if I do say so myself!) and we’re hoping to find someone who fits in well with us, someone who wants to make a place a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. I like to think we’re a pretty chill, sociable bunch. We try to make our little house feel like a bit of a community, while still of course having our own things going on. As a house, we enjoy sharing the occasional meal and having the odd cosy evening in together.

Between the three of us, we cover a whole mix of hobbies: hiking, pottery, all kinds of climbing, surfing, crafting, capoeria, running and the classic cosy evening in the pub, to name a few.

Just to warn you we’re planning to look through messages this week and arrange viewings for the week starting 18th May. So if your intrested this is the window to catch us! It would be amazing if you could tell us a little bit about yourself in your reply, as we often get quite a few responses.

-The room is available from June 6th, with the option of a later date if needed up to July 5th.

-A couple of us work from home occasionally, so please feel free to do the same if you need to.

-Bills come to roughly £75 a month.

-The landlord will ask for a little phone call and to check you have a contract of work/ income. The usual reference bits and bobs
