A lovely double room

We have a lovely, cosy double bedroom available just a hop, skip, and a jump from the Coronation pub on Kingston Road.

We’re a friendly gang (if I do say so myself!) and we’re hoping to find someone who fits in well with us, someone who wants to make a place a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

As a house, we like to dabble in sharing meals and having the odd evening in together, while of course also doing our own thing. Between the three of us, we enjoy a whole mix of hobbies: hiking, skating, bouldering, surfing, crafting, aerial hoop, and cosy evenings in the pub, to name a few.

We’re planning to look through messages this week and arrange viewings as soon as possible. It would be amazing if you could tell us a little bit about yourself in your reply, as we often get quite a few responses.

All the boring bits:

-The room is available from 28th Feb. There might be some wiggle room for a slightly later move-in, and it could also be available earlier, as our lovely ex–housemate is moving out at the start of Feb.

-A couple of us work from home occasionally, so please feel free to do the same if you need to.

-Bills come to roughly £75 a month.
