Bedminster room in a chill house

Hi! This is Iris and Max, current tenants!

Max is 34, Graphic Designer, hybrid worker. Vegan and kind of introverted, but very kind and loves a good chat about politics or art, amongst many others! He is Somersetian. He's been in this house a few years now.

Iris is 29, actor & writer but working as a Receptionist. Mostly vegetarian. Ambiverted, dreaming of a more community like home, sharing meals, playing board games, watching movies together. She is Dutch-Spanish and bisexual. She's been in the house 6 months.

There's going to be a cat very soon, as we're looking into adoption agencies. It would be Iris' cat, but also the houses.

The house is honestly quite good, although we want to put more work into making it cute and cosy, and hopefully with the right person we can do that together.

The location is so good, right off North Street, bus 24 running from a 2 minute walk, or either 75 or 76 only 7 minutes away. The airport bus also runs from there.
A couple walking distance train stops.
It takes about less than 30 minutes to walk to centre.

Tesco and Co-op super close walk, Aldi and Lidl quite close too.

Bedminster is filled with culture, The Tobacco Factory (a 6 min walk), murals everywhere, second hand shops, and so much calmer than other neighbourhoods yet very near the centre.

We're a very chilled house, leaving each other plenty of space, but chatting when we get a chance too. We'd be happy to make it more community based though.

The room looks a bit messy, but it will be very cleared (leaving only the bed and mattress) once you're moving in. Some of the shelves will be left behind by the former housemate as well.

This a 6 month contract that then updates to a monthly rolling contract.
