Will Respond 17/08 🌻 Looking For 2 New Housemates

Hi!!

I'm looking for another 2 people to move in with me! I have lived in the house for 2 years and would like to stay for another, but my housemates are going travelling/moving in with a childhood friend :(

About the house:

There’s a big kitchen, a big living room with a little balcony overlooking our garden, and a garage which is great for storage. It’s about 3 mins from the 70 bus route, and 10 mins from various others, plus about half an hour walk from temple meads. It’s on a close so it’s very quiet snd has free parking, right by a big playing fields that you can walk around for some fresh air, 5 mins from lidl and about 10 mins from North street/East street:)

Both the rooms are big doubles with an en-suite (one with a bath🛁). Currently unfurnished but we have some spare bits you can have (e. g. there’s a spare wardrobe and storage unit). They are both on the top floor.

About me:

I'm 25 and I work in social research for a charity. I like to do outside-y things like hiking and camping, always want to find something in Bristol I haven't seen or done yet (next up: Micky Zoggs, St Werburghs city farm) and I'm constantly consuming random non-fiction books/podcasts, so I can provide a constant stream of fun(ish) facts if you want. I also loooove to cook veggie/vegan food so would like a housemate who appreciates sharing a meal and wants to come to the occasional dinner party (mid-twenties stereotype lol).

I'm quite sociable and definitely hoping for some housemates who want to hang out after work to watch tv/play monopoly deal/have a few cans/whatever your preference 🤞🏼

Boring bits:

With bills it’s about £750 (council tax band D) and you'll need to earn a minimum of 19K and have references for the landlord to accept you. They do also accept a guarantor. There is a possibility that one housemate might move out early, in which case you might be able to move in a little sooner.
