I'm looking for a friendly, clean, tidy & considerate, non-smoking, full time professional, ideally in his 30s / 40s, who doesn't work from home and knows how to clean up after themselves.

You will be sharing with 2 other people, myself (the landlord) and my other lodger Pete.

I'm 43, a music producer and I work from home (don't worry I don't listen to music loudly and use headphones in the evening).

Pete is 34 and works in civil engineering in the city. We're both quiet people who appreciate our own space, but also love a good chat. We're also both avid gamers and I'm somewhat of a movie geek.

The house is located just off West Street and is a 20 min walk from the city centre; 5 mins from Parson St. train station, Lidl and North St. shopping and restaurants and 2 mins walk from the nearest bus stop, with easy access to the M5 & Airport. There are also many restaurants and takeaways at the end of the street.

Strictly no pets, or smokers allowed.

Rent £600 pcm + bills (usually around £150pcm, this includes 500mb Plusnet broadband).

Deposit is 5 weeks' rent.
