Double room to rent with own bathroom

Looking for a professional (no students) who is friendly, clean and a healthy balance of sociable but appreciating down time too! Vegan/veggie housemates or LGBTQ+ welcome too but not a necessity :)

The room:
Furnished double bedroom with chest of drawers, wardrobe, shoe storage. There is a bathroom across the hall but since the other bedroom has an en-suite, the main bathroom is yours.

Bills:
The bills cost around £120per person per month during the winter, and it's less than this during the summer. It retains its heat really well in the winter! Deposit is required, last time it was £911 each but I’ll confirm with the landlord

The location:
North street is only five minutes walk away and east street even less time. The walk into town/temple meads is 30 minutes or so. There is a tesco express on our doorstep, and a lidl and aldi within walking distance. There's also a running track, bbq area and picnic tables on the roof, so can be great for socialising/exercising.

Parking:
Free on street parking nearby for cars.

About me:
I’m Jake(28), a trainee solicitor - in my spare time I catch up with mates, do CrossFit and ride motorbikes. Try to have a healthy mix of pub trips and fitness. Do a fair bit of hiking and travelling too.
