Double room on first floor next to bathroom. Mid terrace in the Chessels area of Bedminster.
Double bed. Desk. Hanging space and side tables.
Large bathroom (first floor) with shower and bath. Also a downstairs loo.
House share currently with one other.

I also V. occasionally look after a large French sheepdog (likes people and cheese, doesn’t really drop hair but pet allergies should be considered).
Living room with cable TV/Netflix and woodburner.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine
and tumble dryer, blender, oven, microwave etc.
Street parking (no parking restrictions).
South facing back garden with storage space for a bicycle.
Council tax, gas/ water/electricity, netflix, and good wifi
are included, as is the cleaner (twice a month).
Notice: 1 month.
Local pub: The Spotted Cow. North St shops, convenience (Co-Op/Tesco) butcher, veg shops, restaurants, cafes and Tobacco Factory theatre/Sunday market.
Walking distance to city centre (20-30 mins), Clifton (40 mins), Ashton Court Estate v close, Wapping Wharf bars/restaurants and docks. It's a great location to access the city and also enjoy being local.

I’m generally out often, but occasionally on the sofa! I work in the office and occasionally away. The house is pretty quiet/relaxed/clean. It’s not really a party house - just a place to rest and relax and be at home.
