I’m renting out the second bedroom in my flat!

Room was freshly painted with new carpet when I moved in, and is fully furnished with blackout blinds, curtains, and double built in wardrobe.

The room is near the main bathroom, and since my bedroom has an en-suite, the bathroom would be mainly used by you and any guests.

Flat overall is lovely and quiet, the building is nice and safe, and great location! It’s about a 15 min walk to Temple Meads and the centre, and about 10 mins from Wapping Warf and North street.

A bit about me: I'm Sarah, 26 yo, single and work in Marketing (I work in the centre but I usually wfh on a Friday). I've lived here for 4 months and it really is my happy place. I'm a massive foodie and love trying new places & cooking. Love a few wines or a pub trip and occasional nights out. I'm into the gym, running, being active and general wholesomeness.

I would love to live with someone with similar interests who also wants to be friends & can go out for coffee or spend evenings chatting or watching films - but also enjoy my own space and respect other peoples space too. Looking for a female of similar age and vibe to me.

There’s no room to bring a desk into the room, so ideally you won’t wfh.
