Double room in Windmill Hill

Hi! I am unfortunately having to leave our lovely house. We have someone to take the room from November, so we are looking for someone to replace me for a 2 month period.

The room is downstairs, with french doors that open onto the garden. It's large enough for a double bed, wardrobe, and large desk. The room is offered unfurnished (although the open wooden wardrobe pictured will stay).

The house has a small kitchen, dining area (/WFH office), living room, and large bathroom. There's a picnic bench out the back which is lovely in the summer!

You will be living with Lynn, Ben, and Joe, who are all lovely housemates, and are clean, tidy, friendly, and respectful! Lynn enjoys choir and dance, Ben likes to go running and swimming, and Joe produces music and plays in a band.

The room will be available from the 1st September until the 31st October. Rent listed does not include bills, which come out at around an additional £120 a month.
