Double room in Windmill Hill

A double room is available in my 2-bed terraced house in Windmill Hill. The room is a good size, and furnished with double bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

I'm looking for a chilled, friendly housemate, who likes to keep their home clean and tidy!

The room is available from 1st March and for a period of 1+ months. I have some work being done to the front of the property in April so a discount will be available for that month for any inconvenient. I'm happy to consider a mon-fri stay.

The house has been recently renovated, with a newly installed kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. It has a nice open plan dining/kitchen arrangement, lounge & utility room. There's a decked garden which gets a nice amount of sun during the afternoon.

It's a short walk from Victoria Park, and lots of great cafes/bakeries like Bristol Loaf & Corner Stores. The fab Victoria Park pub and it's beer garden is also just a few mins walk away.

I'm Byrion (m, 36, LGBT+) software engineer who enjoys going out for coffee/brunch, live music, bouldering, galleries, and sunny beer gardens!

Rent is £750 per month, which includes a fortnightly cleaner, TV Licence and 500mb broadband. Water, gas, elec & council tax comes to approx £150 each.

Bedminster Station: 4 mins walk
Temple Meads: 25 mins walk
Bristol Centre/harbour: 25 mins walk
