Double bedroom for rent in social 4 bed house

Hello! We are living in a 4 bed very social house! The current tenant is moving to London so we are looking for someone to take his room. The house is in a great location right next to Victoria park and about a 20 minute walk to the centre. The house is 3 floors and the room is on the top floor. We have a shared living room and kitchen and a nice garden that is a sun trap in the summer!

The current housemates are Kelly, Joey and Shannon. We are usually watching a good film, going on nights out to one of our favourite pubs or on runs together. We are all professionals and work in Bristol.
