Ensuite Bedroom in a Creative House

Hi there Im Zanna and I'm looking for a tenant for this ensuite bedroom! All bills included.

The room comes with 2 built in wardrobes, a chest of draws, a night stand, under-bed storage units, shelving space and a newly refurbished ensuite!

As for the rest of the house, there is a lovely garden, a very pink conservatory, a cosy living room, a communal kitchen and a downstairs bathroom.

The 74 bus stop is right round the corner and goes to the Harbourside and up Glouster Road. There's e-scooter parking a short walk away too. There is free parking on the road and Bedminster Train Station is a 15 min walk away

There is a convenience store just round the corner and a lovely coffee shop called Fox & West too. LIDL is a 10 minute walk away or there is the big ASDA which is an easy 5 min drive. Local pubs are The Brunel (cheap and cheerful), The Rising Sun or the Victoria Park Pub with the best views.

It's a 4-bed house, newly renovated (Council Tax Band B), at the moment there are currently 4 residents: Jade (whose moving out), Rose, Sally and me (Zanna). We are all oddball nutters who enjoy chatting round the picnic table in the garden, walks in Victoria Park and movie nights! I love a good night out as well as hosting the occasional fancy dress party!
Looking for someone warm, considerate and tidy who enjoys a natter over a cuppa or a cheeky glass of wine! (And some spicy gremlin energy!)
