We are looking for a lodger to rent a room in our house in Bedminster.
The house is in a very safe, quiet area in Bedminster. It is a 5 minute walk to North Street and all the cafes/shops and a 5 minute walk to Parson St train station with trains every 10 mins to Temple Meads. There is plenty of on street parking available.
We are a married couple working as doctors, and we are selling the house as we are moving jobs and relocating nearer to London. The sale is likely to go through in December. We'll be occasionally coming to visit Bristol over the next few months and stay in the house, otherwise you would have the house mostly to yourself.
Price includes council tax and wifi (currently adding up to £210 PCM), but not water, electricity or gas. We would consider a couple, but will ask for a higher rental of £1100 PCM.
