I’m Tom. I’m a 29 year old solicitor originally from Cardiff.
My housemate is moving out so a double room has become available.
I will be moving into my housemate’s old room, so the soon to be spare room is currently mine. The pictures shown were taken by my housemate before I moved in October 2023.
The house consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The soon to be spare room has a built in wardrobe and some additional storage space above.
The house is located in an area with plenty of on-street parking (no permit required), close to a train station and the shops/restaurants/pubs of East Street and North Street.
I am looking for a fellow professional who’s clean, tidy and respectful to join me in living here.
Interviews/viewings can be arranged from Monday, 9th September.
