Double room in a 3 bedroom house.

3 bedrooms house Furnished, you will be living in my room upstairs, there’s a Girl on the room beside and a guy downstairs (both of them workers, not studying), ideally a professional between 30 and 40 would fit perfectly but doesn’t have to be like that mandatory.
The room will be available from 19th September in the evening for one month, as
we need to leave the full property empty by 21st October, because the landlord is going to sell it. My room will be semi furnished (including just bed, desk, bedside furniture, big cupboards under bed) most of the decoration won’t be included as I will take it to my new place.
