The room will be unfurnished. Excuse the messy photos of the room, but the person moving out is away and he hasn't had a chance to clear it. The room will be empty and clean for you to move in.

About your room: double room with plenty of natural light and large built-in wardrobe. Upstairs bathroom to be shared with only one more housemate.
About the house: located off West Street in Bedminster.
2 minute walk to North Street with plenty of shops, pubs and all sorts of amenities.
Less than five minute walk to the bus stop to the centre.
On street parking is never an issue.
Large kitchen with plenty of storage.
Cosy living room with seating/TV area and dining area.
Common extra "living room" where we have our music equipment, sports gear etc.
Downstairs toilet.
Spacious garden with barbecue.
The house is fully furnished so there's no space for extra furniture in the common areas.
About us: you'll be sharing with two professional males. Javi (35) and James (33).
I work in the wine industry mainly during daytime Monday to Friday with the occasional evening or weekend shift. Outside of work, I love socialising and anything outdoors (mountain biking, hiking, etc).
James works building festival structures and also makes his own music. We regularly spend time together whether it's at home or down the local pub.
Occasionally we like to bring a friend or two over and cook a nice meal over a chat and a bottle of wine, however this is not a party house.
About you: ideally looking for someone within a similar age bracket although not essential. You must be clean and organised, we're not cleaning freaks but a tidy home is a healthy home.
We'd love that you are also a social person who spends sometime with us, but we also like to have our own individual space when we need to.
No students, sorry.
No pets.
No smoking inside the house.
