I need to find a 3rd person to share a 2-bedrooms flat in BS3 (near city center). Very close to Aldi (2 mins walk), as my friend drop off the last minute.
It's a very cosy flat, has just been refurbished (everything’s brand new). You'll have your own room.
The rent is £700 pcm (couple welcome with £900 pcm). UK based guarantor is required (individuals or Housing Hand).
Council tax will be share evenly in the house (even if you're student)
No scam. You’ll work with the landlord.
