3 bed Victorian House in BS3

The whole house is available so a group of 3 is preferred by our landlady. She’s a lovely lady and doesn’t use an agency to keep the costs reasonable, hence we’re helping her to find replacements for ourselves.

It's a lovely homely home that we lived in for the last 3 years or so, just a few roads behind the Spotted Cow on North Street in Bedminster. The house has a relaxed, communal, and social vibe due to its great layout of:

2 reception rooms
1 kitchen
1 bathroom
1 toilet
1 south facing garden

It is a part-furnished house so some of the bedrooms have some furniture whilst others don’t. In terms of communal spaces, they are fully furnished, and there is a lounge, a separate dining/office room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower/bath and toilet, a separate toilet room, and a big garden. There's free on-street parking available. House also comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and fireplace.

Bills (council tax, WiFi, water, gas, and leccy) usually come to around £100 monthly per person.
