Double Room in Friendly Professional House Share

Our dear friend Oli is moving out to travel so we're looking for someone to take over his room.

It's a lovely homely home that we live in, just a few roads behind the Spotted Cow on on North Street in Bedminster. The house has a relaxed, communal, and social vibe which we would like to maintain.

You would be living with Morgan and myself. Morgan is 28 and works 9-5 as an engineering consultant both in Bristol and away on clients site. I'm Teo, 27, and also work 9-5 as an account manager down in Queen Square (I'm in the office around 3 days a week).

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys playing the piano, running, and playing squash. I'm really into the outdoors, equally enjoy camping and hiking, but also running, tag-rugby, the gym, and yoga. We both like music and a good festival (having done Glasto this year and already booked Lost Village for next year). That's not to say we shy away from the pub, especially as we're coming into pub quiz and board games season.

We have a great community in Bedminster, and are hoping to find someone who'd like to be more than just a housemate, part take in the social element of communal livign, and maybe becoming friends down the line (no pressure haha!). We're always up for cooked house meals, watching shit telly together, having friends over, and hosting the odd pres!

If you're still reading, I should probably give you more details about the room available. It is a part-furnished double room on the first floor with a view of the back garden. In terms of communal space, there is a lounge, a separate dining/office room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower/bath and toilet, a separate toilet room, and a big garden. There's free on-street parking available. House comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, and fire place.

Bills (council tax, WiFi, water, gas, and leccy) usually come to around £125-150 monthly each.
