Two rooms available in friendly houseshare

Two of our housemates are very sadly moving out at the end of this tenancy, so we (Bella and Jessie) are looking for two new housemates to fill the rooms and add to our cosy home!! We are both 25 and have lived together in Bristol for the past two years.

The house is a four bedroom terrace and we have two double bedrooms available. Both rooms are spacious and light. We’re located near lots of green spaces (like Victoria Park), as well as local amenities like a big Asda & Lidl, Bedminster train station, and lots of pubs and charity shops on North Street.

The rooms are unfurnished, rent is £650 pcm, with bills coming to about £100 a month. We have a lovely little garden, which is is perfect for sitting in the sun in summer! There are two bathrooms (one shower). Our street is friendly and filled with families and other young adults, and there is a real community feel.

We’d love to find housemates who we can socialise with - we love going to gigs, hosting dinner parties, getting outdoors, and watching a good tv series together, so we’d really like to find people with similar interests.
