Spacious double en suite in Bedminster

Hello! Our lovely housemate Cara is moving to pastures new so we are looking for someone new to join our home.

The room is a large unfurnished double ensuite with a walk in storage cupboard, all on its own floor at the top of the house. The house has a shared modern kitchen/living room area with a washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. We also have a downstairs WC and a small courtyard out the back. Bills are not included and come to about £130 pcm (council tax, water, electricity, gas, WiFi). Council tax band C. Room will be ready to move in from 23rd October and will be a 12 month contract.

The house is 30 seconds walk from Bedminster train station and the road has on street parking (no permit required). It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk into the city centre. Asda is a short 10 minutes walk away with North street also a similar distance with lots of pubs, cafes and places to eat. Victoria park is also a couple minutes away if you fancy a walk or run!

Currently living in the house are two 26 year old girls who are working professionals. We’re easy going and enjoy a night out as much as chilling in, but ideally would like a girl in her mid to late 20s who enjoys the same and is willing to keep the house tidy. We enjoy baking, gigs, cocktails, coffee, walks around Bristol - you name it. We also get on well with our neighbours so often hang out together.
