Description
We are looking for two new people to join us for the next year of our tenancy in our cute terrace house in Bedminster!
Sadly two of our housemates are moving on to different places once our tenancy ends in November, but myself and Chloe want to stay on!
We’re located along the Chessels in Bedminster, a five-minute walk from North Street, 25 min walk to Whapping Wharf /Central, and right next to loads of bus links, as well as <10 min walk to Parson Street train station!
The rooms are:
1 double ensuite
1 double loft room
Bills come to just over £100 each currently, we each take responsibility for a few so it’s not all on one person to sort them! Deposit will be equivalent to 5 weeks rent.
Our landlord wants us to find people by the 5th of October, so we’re hoping to do Viewings on Monday but can be a bit flexible if that’s not doable for you!
