Small Double room in Social flat in Bedminster

Hi there!

We're looking for somebody to fill the 3rd room in our lovely and central flat - the room is big enough to fit a small double bed, wardrobe, and desk with other things! So it is very possible to wfh here - there's also 2 storage cupboards available outside the room that you are more than welcome to use:)

The rent is £675 per month, and bills come out to about £125-£150 a month, which includes everything such as council tax, gas and electric, and some pretty good Internet!

The flat is a ground floor flat that's just a bit away from the road so there is actually very little noise even though it's situated right next to North Street, and the centre is a 10 min walk away if you use the gaol ferry Bridge! There is a bathroom shared with 1 other person, this includes a heated towel rack and a bog standard shower cubicle - there's also a large courtyard that can house quite a few people and the neighbours are very chill

There's an Asda, Lidl, and Tesco nearby along with lots of other smaller shops, and lots of takeaways if you're feeling decadent... And a few gyms to combat those takeaways

The room on offer does face the wall of another building so doesn't get the best natural light in it but this isn't too noticeable during the darker parts of the year, and the spacious living room gets plenty of sun

The living room and kitchen are open plan, and pretty big! It was refurbished a couple years ago so it is all modern and to a high standard, the oven is big so if you like cheffing it up you'll like it!

I'm a pretty laid back guy who likes to play games, watch stuff (we often watch and play things as a house), I also love going to gigs and festivals so if you're into that (or want to start doing it) then I'm happy for you to come with me! I 100% wfh so am in during work hours most days but love a chat over a cuppa or coffee during the day to break the monotony 🎉 also love a good rave

Harriet's a nail tech salon manager so it out most days, also likes to watch shows, go to gigs, and play games - she's a very bubbly person and super easy to chat to and get along with

We'd like someone that could fit into this dynamic, of having a laugh together and chatting, but we all have our own lives so there's no pressure at all to hang out! We occasionally have friends over for a chill night or pres and we'd like someone we could integrate into these!
