The house is in Bedminster, close to Victoria park, Northern slopes and other green spaces nearby. The house is currently shared with three other lovely creative and outdoorsy people (all in their late 20s-early 30s) who enjoy a peaceful and tidy environment at home. The rent is £410 per month excluding bills, on a rolling contract. The deposit will be a months rent, so £410 at the start of tenancy. The council tax band is B.
